Multi-Purpose Reactor Capacities
PurityFine operates state-of-the-art chemical synthesis reactor blocks. Our flexible configuration includes multi-purpose glass-lined and stainless steel reactors, supporting organic chemistry processes at temperatures from -70°C up to +280°C.
Flexible Glass-Lined Reactors (GLR)
Resistant to corrosive reagents, containing internal heating/cooling jackets, with capacities from 500 liters up to 10,000 liters.
High-Vacuum Distillation Setup
Fractionation columns equipped with high-efficiency structured packing for deep vacuum, batch solvent recovery, and high-purity isolations.
The Scale-Up Timeline
How we transition a chemical discovery from initial bench concept to multi-ton packaging and shipping.
Feedstock Selection & Incoming QC
Every incoming lot is screened before it enters the plant. For trace-analysis grades we reject feedstock on the basis of the metals we cannot remove economically, not just on assay.
Purification & Sub-Boiling Distillation
Acids destined for ultratrace grades are purified below their boiling point in fluoropolymer stills, so the vapour never contacts glass or metal and picks up no new contamination.
Filtration & Cleanroom Packing
Sub-micron filtration followed by packing in a controlled environment. Trace-metal grades go into pre-cleaned PFA and FEP bottles; ACS grades into amber glass or HDPE as the chemistry requires.
Lot Release Testing
Assay by titration or chromatography, trace metals by ICP-MS, water by Karl Fischer. Results are measured values, not specification limits, and ship with the lot as a certificate of analysis.
